The CW Lofts building was built in 1927 for Nabisco to produce Cream Of Wheat in Northeast Minneapolis. In 2002, the factory closed. In 2005, developers began selling, to be built, condominium units in the building.
At the time, there were just three models built out on the first floor, but otherwise the old factory was empty aside from the infrastructure, freight elevators, man-lift, boiler room, laboratories, business office and of course the iconic water tower.
These images were taken inside and outside of the building before and during the transformation of the building.
